About Us

What A Pair! is a non-profit 501c3 that was created when a personal tragedy motivated three Hollywood producers to do something to give back. Founders Jo Levi DiSante, Jody Price and Ruth Stalford believe that by partnering the right people with the right organizations, allowing folks to share their talent and expertise, and by partnering the right people with the right organizations, we can effect change and enrich lives.

What A Pair!
For the past ten years, What A Pair! has worked with some of the best-known female talent to stage eight Broadway-caliber productions of celebrity duets that have raised over $2.5 million dollars to support basic and clinical breast cancer research.

In March 2010, the organization debuted Sing!, a songwriting mentorship for high school students, and benefit for pediatric cancer research.

Better With Books

In 2011 What A Pair! launched Better With Books
Better With Books provides thousands of brand new childrens books to families living below the poverty line and places little libraries in inner-city health clinics, hospital pediatric cancer wards, and domestic violence shelters. Our shelves will be packed with books that spark imagination, inspire dreams and transport kids to magical places.

Many of the What A Pair! Volunteers who were involved in the first production 10 years ago remain active today, and through their referrals of friends, family, and co-workers, the What a Pair! organization continues to grow.

What A Pair! provides opportunities for diverse people to work together in support of a common cause.
